What we collect
Address searches, so we can look up nearby schools and catchments — these are processed to return results, never sold. Your email, only if you choose to join a waitlist or save a shortlist. Anonymous usage analytics that help us understand which pages are useful and fix what isn’t.
What we don’t do
We never sell your personal information. We never share family data with real-estate agents or advertisers. You don’t need an account to browse Schoolward.
Children’s data
Schoolward is a product for parents and caregivers, not for children. Please don’t submit information about your child beyond what a search needs, and never include medical or diagnostic details in any form or message.
Access and removal
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to remove it. Email hello@schoolward.ca and we’ll help.
How this is governed
Schoolward handles personal information in line with PIPEDA, Canada’s federal privacy law. This policy was last updated in July 2026.
